Referrals Best Bet for Finding Skilled Legal Support Staff
December 23, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - More than half
of attorneys surveyed (51%) said networking, personal
referrals, or peer referrals are the most effective resources
for finding skilled support staff.

According to a press release on the survey developed by Robert Half Legal, using the services of a staffing or placement firm ranked second (21%), followed by a college or technical school recruiting program (12%).
Only 8% of attorneys said the Internet or job boards were the most effective method for finding skilled support staff, and only 4% chose classified advertisement.
The survey was conducted by an independent research firm and includes responses from 300 attorneys among the largest law firms and corporations in the United States and Canada.
