Watson Wyatt Updates Tool for Governing Global Benefit Programs

has launched a new version of BenTrack, an online tool that
helps multinationals manage the costs and risks associated
with their benefit and compensation programs across global
operations.

According to a press release, the tool enables multinational organizations to centrally manage benefit and compensation plan data from multiple countries, subsidiaries, divisions, or employee groups. With local language capabilities and access to benefit prevalence data, the tool helps companies better maintain consistency and assess the competitiveness of their benefit programs.
The announcement said the new version of BenTrack includes improvements such as:
- Greater flexibility;
- More robust, user-defined reporting;
- Specialized governance tools to drive process and accountability;
- Customizable templates and checklists that can facilitate plan harmonization after a merger or acquisition; and
- Access to market data for more than 60 countries and up-to-date benefits-related news.
