Recruitsoft Acquires White Amber Inc.

October 22, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The fusion of staffing management services and solutions provider Recruitsoft Inc. with temporary workforce management provider White Amber Inc. has produced a new solution for human resource departments in managing their workforce.

Recruitsoft Workforce OnDemand combines Recruitsoft’s suite for permanent hire with White Amber’s solution in managing contingent, temporary and service contract workers, according to a news release. Thus, the new product will allow human resource managers to map workers – both permanent and temporary – based on:

  • talent profiles and skill sets
  • the need for a permanent employee or temporary worker
  • the need to deploy employees from a temporary to a permanent position.

Terms of the merger were not disclosed.
