Pru Fixed Income Turns to New CIO
March 30, 2004 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Prudential Fixed
Income has tapped the former head of Fidelity Investments'
institutional fixed income business as its senior investment
officer.

A Prudential news release said Arthur “Mac” MacBride would be responsible for overall investment strategies and risk profiles for institutional and retail portfolios.
In his new role, MacBride will be a member of Prudential Fixed Income’s Senior Investment Committee and will help lead the development of its quarterly outlook on economic and interest rate trends, then translating them into strategies for sector allocation, duration and risk exposure within institutional products and retail mutual funds.
MacBride has a bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA from Fordham University.
