ISE, S&P Team Up To List SPDR Options

January 16, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The International Securities Exchange (ISE) and Standard & Poor's have signed a licensing agreement to list options on nine Select Sector SPDR exchange-traded funds.

Under the contract, ISE will list options on the:

  • Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund
  • Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund
  • Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund
  • Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund
  • Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund
  • Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund
  • Materials Select Sector SPDR Fund
  • Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund
  • Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund .  

On January 10 the ISE listed options for trading for the Financial Select SPDR Fund, Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund and Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund.
