EMA Launches 403(b) Program Offering ETF Managed Accounts
September 10, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Efficient
Market Advisors, LLC (EMA), an exchange traded fund (ETF)
separate account manager, announced the launch of what it
says is the first 403(b) program offering professionally
managed portfolios of ETFs.

EMA says key features of the Efficient 403b include:
- No individual transaction charges,
- Low-cost ETFs and low asset-based management fees,
- Online performance and asset allocation reporting, and
- Target date portfolios.
EMA formed an alliance with FOLIOfn Institutional to provide trading, clearing, and custody for the Efficient 403b.
