CIO to Leave NY State Common Retirement Fund
September 13, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – Raudline Etienne, the Chief Investment Officer of the New York State Common Retirement Fund, will leave the position effective Thursday, Dow Jones reports.

Marjorie Tsang, currently the Assistant Comptroller for Real Estate Investments, will start as the Interim Investment Chief on Friday. Tsang joined the comptroller’s office in 1993.
Etienne, who had been the Chief Investment Officer for the Retirement Fund since March 2008, will become a Senior Director at Albright Stonebridge Group, a strategic consulting firm led in part by Madeline Albright.
