Nearly Four in Ten Quit Jobs over Unreasonable Managers
July 5, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Nearly half (46%) of employees surveyed by OfficeTeam said they have worked for an unreasonable manager.

Among those who have been beleaguered by challenging supervisors, more than one-third (35%) said they stayed in their jobs and tried to deal with the situation while nearly a quarter 24% resolved to live with it.
However, nearly four in ten have quit over unreasonable bosses, 27% once they had another job lined up, and 11% without a new job in place.
The survey was conducted by an independent research firm and is based on telephone interviews with 441 workers 18 years of age or older and employed in an office environment.
