EMA Announces 403(b) Offering Registration with CalSTRS
March 8, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Efficient Market Advisors, LLC has announced that its Efficient 403b solution is registered with 403bCompare.com, the California School Employee Retirement Product Information Bank.

EMA launched its 403(b) program offering professionally managed portfolios of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in September 2008 (see EMA Launches 403(b) Program Offering ETF Managed Accounts). EMA noted that the registration does not imply any endorsement or evaluation of the program by the California State Teachers’ Retirement Systems (CalSTRS).
EMA has an alliance with FOLIOfn Institutional, which provides trading, clearing, and custody for the Efficient 403b.
