Texas Software Firm Releases New Pay System Version
November 9, 2006 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - A Houston-based
employee benefits software developer has launched TravisFlex
Release 8.0.
Reported by Fred Schneyer
A news release from Travis Software said the latest version of the pay system has several enhanced features for payroll deductions, positive pay files, and a new visual appearance.
- The announcement said that Sneak Peek Payroll Deductions allows for the modification of a payroll deduction amount at the time of payroll deduction processing. The sneak peek will allow the user to see who will have a payroll post to their account and who will not at the time of processing. If an employee will not have a payroll post, the system will tell the user why.
- Positive Pay File Functionality provides the ability to quickly identify potentially fraudulent checks by creating a positive pay file every time checks are printed – which users then may send to their financial institution for data verification. After setting up the Positive Pay Files, a file will be created when checks are printed and upon request when checks are voided.
